I am a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist & Psychotherapist and practise in Burgess Hill (website details here). Because stress has reached epidemic levels, I thought that I would use my skill set to promote the benefits of deep relaxation to a wider audience by setting up regular group relaxation sessions.
Times & Locations
TUESDAYS 7.30-8.30 p.m. (term time)
Sessions are held in the Wiston Room located in the Age Concern Building on Dale Avenue, Hassocks, BN6 8LW.
There is a small carpark located in front of the building and a public carpark located next to it off Dale Avenue.
THURSDAYS 7.30-8.30 p.m. (term time)
Sessions are held in Lamb House, Haywards Heath. It is situated on the new Hurst Place Retirement development just west of Beech Hurst Gardens.

There is a small car park in front of the hall, with more parking around the residential estate.
Sessions are payable in advance in half termly blocks.
A 6 week half term will be £60, a 7 week course will be £70.
Payment methods accepted - Bank transfer, cheque, or cash.
Taster sessions are available upon request.
